Todas as empresas devem fazer a emissão de nota fiscal eletrônica, porém o que a maioria dos consumidores não sabem o que fazer e o que é uma nota fiscal eletrônica rejeitada.

Vamos esclarecer…

A numeração da nota fiscal é estabelecida pelo contribuinte e informada ao fisco no momento da transmissão, junto com os demais dados da NF-e.

A rejeição é causada sempre por problemas relacionados aos dados constantes da NF-e, e portanto devem ser corrigidos e a nota fiscal retransmitida.

Porém a nota fiscal não poderá ser inutilizada, pois uma vez emitida, ela já consta no sistema, já foi autorizada e já existe.
